It has been a very impressive season for us and the team has developed well. The new players have now integrated well and we are now finding strenght and depth in all positions.

With the last game on the 27th against Tottonians it would be nice to achieve a clean sweep of the table. If we play like we have been to break the 300 points difference would not be impossible. One of the major steps we have made is our defence and the ability to soak up the preassure. The number of tries we have conceeded, or not as the case is is great last year we leaked like sieve this year in the league we have only conceded 11 and scored over 50.
Fitness and long term development has always been part of our development plan. Throughout the season we have bought in specialists to help the boys understand areas such as Fitness, Diet, managing injuries etc. All helps develop the players both physically and mentally
